How do I know which treatment I need?

You don't need to. Every new client starts with a consultation. What looks like acne scarring is sometimes pigmentation, and the two need different plans, your skin is assessed properly before any treatment is recommended.

What happens at a consultation?

A proper look at your skin, a conversation about your history, lifestyle and current routine, and an honest recommendation. You leave with a plan, or, sometimes, the advice to wait. There's no pressure to book treatment on the day.

Is there anything I should do to prepare?

Come with clean skin if you can, and bring a list (or photos) of any products you're currently using. If you've had recent treatment elsewhere, peels, injectables, laser, mention it when booking.

How long is a consultation?

Allow 60 minutes. That gives time to assess properly rather than rush to a recommendation.

How many sessions will I need?

It depends on the concern, how long it's been there, and how your skin responds. Pigmentation work is usually a course, not a single session. The plan is set after your assessment, and reviewed as you go, it isn't fixed in advance.

Do you treat darker skin tones?

Yes, skin of colour is a core specialism. Darker skin tones need different protocols, particularly around pigmentation, peels and energy-based work. That depth of training sits at the centre of the practice, not at the edges.

Will my skin get worse before it gets better?

Sometimes, briefly, especially with acne, where what's already forming under the surface can surface in the early weeks of a plan. You'll be told what to expect before you start, and it's factored into how the plan is paced.

Can I combine treatments?

Often yes, and often that's how the best results happen, for example, microneedling supported by LED, or peels alongside a corrective home routine. Combinations are planned, not stacked on a whim.

Do I need to use specific products at home?

The home routine is part of the plan, not a separate sell. You'll be told what's actually needed for your skin, sometimes that means changing one product, sometimes a fuller rebuild. There's no pressure to buy a stack you don't need.

What about sun protection?

Non-negotiable, particularly with pigmentation. A broad-spectrum SPF used daily is the single most important step in keeping results.

How soon can I wear makeup after treatment?

Treatment-dependent. LED, none required. Facials, usually same day. Peels and microneedling, 24–48 hours minimum. You'll get specific aftercare in writing.

All treatments are non-refundable. Appointments can be transferred twice if you give at least 48 hours notice. Cancellations or reschedules with less than 48 hours notice are non-refundable.

Courses of treatment (e.g. a course of peels or microneedling sessions) are planned individually. Pricing for courses is confirmed at consultation, after the plan is set.
